Country Lemon Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Tbsp. soft butter
1 c. sugar
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
grated zest of 1 lemon
1/4 c. confectioners sugar
few drops of lemon juice
Preparation

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and mix well.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture alternately with milk.
Pour into greased loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
