Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1/4 c. fat (shortening)
1 tsp. salt
1 c. scalded milk
1 egg, beaten
about 4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Soften yeast in water; add 1/2 teaspoon sugar.
Add shortening, rest of sugar and salt to hot milk.
Stir until sugar is dissolved. Cool, then add egg.
Stir in softened yeast.
Stir flour into liquid mixture until well mixed.
