Boeut Georgian Court - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 lb. beef tenderloin
    2 lb. lobster tails, cooked and shelled
    8 to 10 fresh asparagus spears, blanched
    1/2 c. drawn butter
    3 tsp. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Butterfly beef to 1-inch from bottom. Slice cooked lobster lengthwise and place inside sliced beef. Place asparagus lengthwise beside lobster meat.
