Baked Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add brown sugar, syrup, molasses and salt. Bring to boil stirring constantly.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in vinegar, soda and vanilla. Pour over popped corn and mix well.
    Turn into large pan.
    Bake at 250 degrees for 1 hour stirring every 15 minutes.
    Remove from oven and cool completely.
    Break apart and store in airtight container.
