Gala Pecan Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
    2 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 oz. sliced beef, cut up
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 Tbsp. dehydrated onion flakes
    1/4 tsp. pepper or dash of Tabasco sauce
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Combine cheese and milk, mixing well.
    Stir in dried beef, green pepper, onion flakes and seasoning; mix well.
    Fold in sour cream.
    Spoon into 8-inch pie plate.
    Heat and crisp the pecans in butter with salt.
    Sprinkle over cheese mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Serve hot with crackers.
