Crisp Topping For Fruit Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/2 to 1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 unbeaten egg
    1/3 to 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt in bowl.
    Add whole egg to dry mixture and mix with fork or fingers until crumbly. Pour over any fruit in season.
    Pour melted butter over mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 until done (about 30 to 40 minutes).
    Note:
    This may be used with most any fruit.
    If fruit is really tart, add 1/2 c. sugar to fruit.
