Huckleberry Or Blueberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie shell, baked
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 c. water
4 c. berries
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
whipped cream (optional)
unbaked 9-inch pie shell
2 c. sweet potato puree (mashed)
2 eggs, slightly beaten
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 2/3 c. light cream or evaporated milk
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Bake sweet potatoes until tender, peel and mash.
Make sure all lumps are removed, straining if necessary.
Mix all ingredients together and pour into pie shell.
Bake in hot oven (400\u00b0) 50 minutes or until a silver knife inserted in filling 1-inch from edge of pie comes out clean.
