Classic Chess Pie - cooking recipe

1 (15 oz.) refrigerated pie crust
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
1/4 c. milk
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation

Stir together sugar and next 7 ingredients until blended. Add eggs, stirring well. Pour into crust. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes, shielding edges of crust with aluminum foil to prevent excessive browning. Cool completely on wire rack.
