No-Crumble Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, finely chopped
    1 c. uncooked oatmeal
    2 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. tomato juice
    dash of sage
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup tomato juice to pour on top after meat is packed in a 4 1/2-inch ungreased loaf pan.
    Bake about 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
