Pico De Gallo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large ripe tomatoes
2 medium white onions
6 fresh jalapeno peppers, seeded
1/2 bunch fresh cilantro
3 large limes
1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Dice ingredients into small pieces.
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Squeeze limes over salad and mix.
Makes about one quart.
Keep refrigerated.
Will keep in fridge 3 to 4 weeks.
