Cherry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
6 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
dash of salt
2 pt. (4 c.) pie cherries
1/2 tsp. almond extract
2 Tbsp. margarine
9-inch raw pastry shell
Preparation

Mix sugars, flour, cinnamon and salt.
Add cherries and extract.
Cook over moderate heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Pour into unbaked pastry shell and dot with margarine. Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 for about 25 more minutes.
