Zucchini Lasagna(Low-Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large zucchini
    1/4 c. whole wheat pastry flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    15 oz. part skim Ricotta cheese
    2 c. spaghetti sauce
    1 egg white plus 1 egg
    oil
    1 tsp. oregano
    1/2 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese, divided
Preparation
    Slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/4-inch slices.
    Dredge in seasoned flour.
    Heat small amount of oil in large skillet; brown zucchini.
    Drain on paper towel. Combine Ricotta, egg, oregano and 3 tablespoons Parmesan.
