Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. white sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 c. chopped dates
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. flour
1 1/4 tsp. baking powder
8 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Beat eggs, sugar, milk and vanilla together.
Mix dates, nuts, flour and baking powder together and then add this to the egg mixture with a fork.
Bake in a 9-inch square pan for 35 minutes or a nice golden brown at 350\u00b0.
Cool.
Cut into small squares. Mix with 8 ounces of Cool Whip.
