Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced, unpeeled zucchini
    1 large onion, grated
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. shredded sharp Cheddar
    1/2 c. salad oil
    1 c. Bisquick
    4 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Grease 9 or 10-inch baking dish.
    Combine all ingredients until zucchini is just coated.
    Add a little extra Cheddar and Parmesan cheese on top, if desired, before putting it in the oven. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes, until lightly browned.
