Spiced Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    2 c. boiling water
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Drain fruit cocktail, measuring juice.
    Add water to make 1 cup of liquid.
    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
    Add juice mixture.
    Measure 2 1/4 cups of gelatin juice.
    Chill until slightly thickened.
    Blend remaining gelatin slowly into cream cheese.
    Add cinnamon and beat until smooth; set aside.
    Add fruit cocktail to thickened gelatin.
    Pour into 6 cup mold.
    Chill until set, but not firm (15 minutes).
    Top with cream cheese mixture. Chill until firm (3 hours).
    Makes 10 servings.
