Tom'S Venison Steak With Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. venison steak
    2 large onions, sliced
    flour
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. oil
    sliced mushrooms (fresh, 1 pkg.)
    1 c. water
    1 beef bouillon cube
Preparation
    Roll steaks
    in
    flour
    seasoned
    with salt and pepper. Heat oil in
    heavy skillet.
    Brown meat on both sides.
    Remove from pan.
    Saute onions until limp, but not brown. Add steaks, mushrooms, water
    and
    bouillon
    to
    skillet. Cover and simmer until meat is tender, about 1 hour.
