24 Oreos
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
2/3 c. sugar
1 bar Baker's German chocolate
1 stick butter
2/3 c. Pet milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Crush Oreos up in bottom of 9 x 13-inch glass cake pan. Flatten Oreos.
Cover with vanilla ice cream; smooth out completely, covering Oreos.
Put into freezer at least 1 hour. Cook sugar, German chocolate, butter and Pet milk.
Cook to boil stage; boil 4 minutes.
Remove from heat; add vanilla and cool. Pour over ice cream.
Cover with Cool Whip; sprinkle with chopped nuts.
Freeze.
