Green Chili-Chicken-Cheese Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large sour cream
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 (5 oz.) can chunky chicken
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 small bottle pimentos
    2 1/2 c. shredded cheese
    diced green onions
    1 1/2 doz. tortillas
Preparation
    Fry tortillas in shortening until soft (a couple of seconds on each side) or don't fry to cut down on fat.
    Mix first 5 ingredients together.
    Put a little more than 1/4 of mixture on bottom of 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Fill tortillas with cheese and roll. Place in pan.
    Pour remaining mixture, covering enchiladas.
    Bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
