Squash Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. squash
    1 lb. ground meat
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/4 c. parsley, chopped
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. bell pepper, chopped
    3 slices bread
    3 eggs, boiled
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1 c. oleo
Preparation
    Boil
    and drain
    squash.
    Cook\tmeat
    to
    light
    brown. Saute celery, bell pepper,
    onion and parsley in 1/2 cup oleo. Cut eggs into small pieces.\tWet and crumble bread.\tAdd milk; if mixture is not real moist, add water.
    Season to taste with salt and pepper.
    Pour
    into
    greased baking pan; sprinkle top with bread crumbs and\tdot
    top
    with remaining oleo.\tBake at 350\u00b0 until done, about 45 minutes.
