Honey-Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. honey
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. chopped fresh apples
1 stick margarine
1 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
Preparation

Beat together eggs, sugar, oil and 1/4 cup honey. Combine dry ingredients and add to honey mixture.
Mix thoroughly.
Add vanilla, nuts and apples.
Mix gently and pour into a lightly greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Combine margarine, brown sugar, milk and remaining honey in saucepan.
Boil and cook over medium heat 2 1/2 minutes.
Pour over cake while hot.
