Microwave Cashew Crunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. cashew halves
    1 tsp. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Line a cookie sheet with lightly greased foil.
    Have a greased spatula ready.
    Mix sugar and corn syrup in a 1 1/2 to 2-quart glass measure.
    Microwave on High 4 to 5 minutes until sugar dissolves and mixture is bubbling.
