Texas Sugar Coated Pecans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cold pecans
    1 egg white, beaten stiff
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Beat sugar and salt into egg whites.
    Stir in pecans and spread on a cookie sheet (sprayed with Pam).
    Bake at 200\u00b0 or 225\u00b0 for 1 hour.
