Sausage Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    1 c. finely chopped onion
    1 c. finely chopped green peppers
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. narrow egg noodles
Preparation
    In a large skillet, combine sausage, onion and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until sausage is brown and onion is tender. Drain off pan drippings.
    Combine tomatoes, sour cream, water, sugar and seasonings.
    Stir into sausage mixture.
    Stir in noodles.
    Cover and simmer about 30 minutes or until noodles are tender, stirring occasionally.
