Debbie'S Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 or more slices white bread (to fill pan)
    butter
    salt and pepper
    9 eggs
    3 1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 lb. hot link sausage, cooked and drained
Preparation
    Butter bread slices one side only.
    Place one slice on top of buttered side to make sandwiches. Remove crusts and cut into fourths.
    Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan with buttered sandwiches.
    Mix together eggs, milk, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
    Pour over bread.
    Cover with grated cheese and crumble sausage.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    The next day, bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until set.
    Serves 6 to 8.
