Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer
    flour to coat
    1 c. sherry wine
    salt and pepper
    at least 1 c. green olives, sliced
    fresh garlic (to taste)
Preparation
    Flour chicken.
    Brown in hot oil.
    Place chicken in casserole dish.
    Save most of drippings and crunchies.
    Remove some grease. Put as much garlic as you like in drippings.
    Add olives.
    Add salt, pepper and sherry wine.
    Simmer.
    Pour over chicken.
    Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
