Irresistible Peanut Butter Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. butter flavored Crisco
3/4 c. creamy peanut butter
1 1/4 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
3 Tbsp. milk (skim)
2 Tbsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 3/4 c. nonbleached flour
3/4 tsp. baking soda

Preparation

Combine shortening, peanut butter, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl.
Beat at medium speed until very well creamy.
Add egg and blend.
