Hot Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot pork sausage
    3 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese
    3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Mix ingredients thoroughly.
    Add a little water if needed. Form into tiny marble sized balls.
    Bake on cookie sheet at 325\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Yields 4 dozen.
