Rolling In Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Pillsbury roll mix
    1 pkg. dry yeast (included in box mix)
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1 c. hot water
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Combine roll mix, yeast, sugar and salt.
    Melt butter.
    Beat egg; add to hot water.
    Add to dry ingredients.
    Knead until soft; roll into a ball.
    Set aside in a warm place; cover with a tea towel.
    Let rise for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
    Punch down; knead a little.
    Using hands, break and roll pieces of dough into small balls and place into round, greased cake pans.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned.
