Peggy'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising cornmeal
1 medium onion, chopped
2 jalapeno peppers, chopped
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. oil
1 can cream-style corn
Preparation

Mix all ingredients well.
Pour into hot, greased pan.
To prevent sticking, sprinkle bottom of pan with cornmeal.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 minutes.
