Mahogany Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brewed dark roast coffee
    1/2 c. orange juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. dark molasses
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. finely grated fresh ginger
    1/4 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    salt and pepper to taste
    6 each of chicken thighs and breasts, skin removed
Preparation
    In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients, except the chicken.
    Bring to a boil and cook about 4 minutes.
    Remove the pan from the heat.
    Place the chicken on a rack and baste with the mixture.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for at least 45 minutes or until cooked.
    Baste every 10 minutes.
    Pour the remaining sauce over the chicken and serve.
    Serves 6.
