Coney Slaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head cabbage
prepared mustard
1 to 2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
salt
pepper
Preparation

Grate cabbage.
Stir in mustard until mixture is a bright yellow.
Add sugar and vinegar and stir well.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
You may make it sweeter or tangier by adding more sugar or vinegar.
Store in glass or plastic container (never use metal bowl).
Keeps in refrigerator indefinitely.
