Barbecued Hamburger(American Heart Association Recipe) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
1/2 c. catsup
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 onion, diced
2 Tbsp. chili sauce
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Brown meat and onion in a large skillet.
Pour off the fat. Add all ingredients and mix well.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
Spoon into hamburger buns.
Yields 6 (1/2 cup) servings.

200 (320 with bun).
