Chinese Wedding Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
1 (5 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
2 small boxes instant vanilla pudding
2 c. milk
9 oz. container Cool Whip
coconut
Preparation

Prepare yellow cake mix according to package directions.
Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Cool.
Beat together drained pineapple, cream cheese, pudding mix and milk.
Spread on top of cooled cake. Top with a layer of Cool Whip, then sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate.
