Never Fail Cheese Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices white bread
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Butter bread and cut off crusts.
    Shred cheese.
    In bottom of greased, deep casserole dish, place 3 slices of bread.
    Sprinkle 1/2 of cheese
    over.
    Repeat with 3 more slices of bread and rest of grated cheese.
    In blender, put milk, eggs, salt and dry mustard.
    Blend.
    Pour liquid over bread and cheese
    and let stand in refrigerator overnight.
