Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
4 c. chopped apples
1 c. nuts
2 c. sugar

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Can use loaf pans, Bundt pan or muffin tins.
It freezes well (wrap in Saran Wrap, then foil).
