Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. (approximately 4 c.) thin sliced zucchini
    4 slices bread (may be old, dried heels, rolls, etc.)
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 egg, beaten
    1 medium onion, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Just before serving, mix in slices of Velveeta cheese and let melt. (Use as much cheese as desired).
