Bayou Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. rice, cooked
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, cooked per pkg. directions
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
    1 can cream of shrimp soup
    1 lb. shrimp, boiled and peeled
    1 c. onions, finely chopped
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    3 Tbsp. butter
    Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Add soup to cheese; heat.
    Be careful not to burn cheese. Saute onions and garlic in butter; add to cheese mixture.
    Add rice and broccoli to mixture; gently stir.
    Add shrimp.
    Top with crumbs.
    Heat at 300\u00b0 until bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8 people.
