Sausage Pinwheels - cooking recipe

2 c. biscuit mix
1/2 c. water
1 lb. sausage
sharp cheese (optional)
Preparation

Mix biscuit mix and water.
Roll out.
Spread sausage over dough.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Roll like pinwheel cookies. Slice and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
