Ms. Owens' Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. potatoes, diced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick butter or margarine
    bread crumbs
    Parmesan cheese
    paprika
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water.
    Mix well with cheese, soup, onion and sour cream.
    Put in greased casserole.
    Melt stick of butter and pour over top.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Can add mushrooms, meat, celery seed, parsley and pepper for variety.
