Cottage Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cottage cheese
    20 oz. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 egg
    5 pkg. Sweet 'N Low or 5 Tbsp. sugar
    1 envelope Knox gelatine
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend together for 2 minutes, pour into greased pie pan. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar or sugar substitute on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
