Potatoes Romanoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 large potatoes
    2 c. sour cream
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
    1 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in jackets until fork tender.
    Peel, then shred into large bowl.
    Stir in sour cream, chopped onions, 1 cup cheese, salt and pepper.
    Turn into greased 2 quart casserole; top with remaining cheese.
    Sprinkle with paprika.
    Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes until heated through.
    Serves 8 to 10.
