Butter Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 c. butter
2 Tbsp. cream
1 tsp. vanilla

Preparation

Cream butter and confectioners sugar.
Stir in cream and vanilla.
Add additional cream if icing appears too thick.
