Roast In A Bag - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast (any kind, deer, pork or beef)
    1 pkg. roasting bag seasoning
    3 c. water
    1/2 c. chopped onion or green onion
    2 large potatoes
    2 large carrots
Preparation
    Before bedtime, set oven at 175\u00b0 to 200\u00b0.
    Put meat, water and onions into seasoning bag.
    Next morning, turn oven off.
    Boil potatoes and carrots until almost done.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Put meat and all its juice into electric skillet.
    Add potatoes and carrots; simmer until they are cooked.
    Thicken gravy with cornstarch or flour and water.
    Serve with rice or mashed potatoes. Meat can be frozen.
