Spicy Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    garlic, minced
    sliced red and green bell pepper, onion, and carrot
    olive oil
    boneless chicken, cut into thin strips
    6 Tbsp. soy sauce
    chicken flavored bouillon
    1 c. water
    ground red pepper
Preparation
    In a nonstick skillet, saute garlic and vegetables in olive oil.
    Add remaining ingredients; cook, covered for 10 minutes or until done.
    Serve over white rice.
    Sprinkle with chow mein noodles, if desired.
