Chicken Alyeska - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. catsup*
    1/2 c. pineapple juice*
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1/2 tsp. dry ginger
    fresh ground pepper
    1 or 2 chickens, cut up (or use all thighs)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except chicken.
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Place in baking pan and pour mix over.
    Bake 1 1/4 hours at 325\u00b0, uncovered.
    Baste twice.
