Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 boneless chicken pieces
    1 c. spicy cheese crackers, crushed
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    mayonnaise
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken.
    Spread mayonnaise on both sides and dip in cheese crumbs until well coated.
    Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan and shake garlic powder and parsley flakes over.
    Cover with foil and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    Can be eaten cold or hot.
    Better for you than fried chicken.
