Cheesecake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cream cheese, let stand until soft
    2/3 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    dash of salt (if desired)
    1/2 tsp. almond extract
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Beat until well blended (use blender). Grease 9 x 9-inch glass pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
