Pork 'N Pasta Bake(Reduced Fat) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. box ziti
    16 oz. lean pork sausage
    2 c. no-fat Ricotta
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 tsp. basil
    2 (15 oz.) jars no-fat spaghetti sauce
    8 oz. no-fat shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Prepare ziti and drain.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Cook sausage until well browned, stirring occasionally.
    Drain.
    Remove saucepan from heat, stir in Ricotta, next 3 ingredients and 1/2 the sauce. Add ziti and toss gently to coat well.
    Spoon mixture into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Pour remaining sauce over ziti mixture and sprinkle with Mozzarella.
    Bake 30 minutes.
    Freezes well.
