Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. sugar plus 1/4 c.
    1 c. butter
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cream
    1
    1/2
    cups of sugar and butter until light and fluffy for
    at
    least
    2 to 3 minutes.
    Add eggs, vanilla and beat
    well again.
    Add dry ingredients; blend well.
    Roll 1/2 teaspoonfuls of dough in mixture of 3 tablespoons cinnamon and 1/4
    cup\tof sugar;
    space 1-inch apart on cookie sheet.
    Bake for
    8 to 10 minutes.
    Cookies will still be soft and puffy at 400\u00b0.
    Let
    cool a\tminute\tor
    two
    before taking off cookie sheet.
