Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 1/2 c. water
    2 c. rice
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Boil water.
    Add rice.\tBoil 15 minutes.
    Rinse in cold water and drain.\tIn frying pan, combine oil, soy sauce, sugar and onion.
    Simmer 1/2 hour.
